Facts
Face Weight & Quality
Face weight is the weight of the yarn per square yard, excluding the infill or backing. This particular measurement dictates how much product you are getting for the money you paid, as long as the comparison is completely parallel. Products with nylon thatches are the most costly to produce although most synthetic grass is manufactured using 28% nylon thatch. Some products can also be produced with up to 45% nylon, increasing depth, sturdiness, and quality.
Yarn composition is significant to quality. How many microns per blade, yarn shape for optimal performance, and stitch rates to balance aesthetics and performance are vital to attaining top quality turf. We take all of these components into consideration when developing our product line.
Use the Appropriate Style
Several artificial grass applications are installed with generic and unsuitable turf styles, assuming that all turf is similar or that there are a limited variety of products. Low activity regions need to assess density, quality, and aesthetics whereas mid-level activity and higher should have a high-density thatch product installed. Such a product significantly recovers better during grooming and activity, as well as a high quality yarn composition.
Installation
Note that not all installations are the same. Great aesthetics and long product life are reflective of quality installation. This includes the sculpting of grass surfaces, assessment of surface edges, and how the grass is secured.
